Hebden Bridge is proud to be unique – and to foster a very particular spirit of independence and collaboration. From 2012, that spirit will find a new home at Hebden Bridge Creative Quarter.

Hebden Bridge Creative Quarter is part of the regeneration of the landmark Town Hall building in the heart of Hebden Bridge, which came into community trust ownership in April 2010.

The Creative Quarter is being developed to meet the needs of the growing number of small businesses in the creative, media and digital sectors which are taking root in and around the "fourth most funky town in the world".*

Rented workspace for small, creative enterprises

Hebden Bridge Creative Quarter will offer high quality, brand new workspace for around 30 small businesses. As a tenant, your rent will include lighting and heating as well as access to broadband internet and specialist digital technology. You'll have free use of a business lounge, and special rates for meeting and seminar rooms and the large conference hall overlooking the riverside. Rents at Hebden Bridge Creative Quarter start at around £1,400 a year plus VAT.

Flexible, 'virtual' workspace for homeworkers and visitors

If you work from home – or outside Hebden Bridge – and want access from time to time to a professional and inspiring environment to network, meet clients and hot-desk with a laptop, our Business Associate scheme is a convenient, cost effective option. At £25 plus VAT per calendar month, you'll have your own virtual office (with wifi, meeting space and great coffee!) in the centre of Hebden Bridge, to use as and when you need it.

A space for conferences

We are now taking bookings for conferences, seminars and training events in our new conference suite, opening July 2012. Full details on this website!
